Recipes for the whole family: Jack Skellington chocolate cake, meatloaf and more delicious stuff

How are you doing appetite? Lunchtime is approaching and today as every week and we put on the apron to get into the kitchen and prepare delicious recipes for the whole family. Because we love to renew the menus and that the kids get used to trying new dishes.

We bring you the best recipes of our companions of Direct to the Palate and Vitónica with which you can prepare varied and healthy dishes. Today in our selection we highlight very appetizing dishes of appetizers, salad vegetables, main dishes and desserts and sweets in which Halloween already makes its appearance. Bon Appetite!

Appetizers, salads and vegetables

  • Mini eggplant pizzas (top photo), can be taken hot or warm and apart from the cheese if your children like it you can add additional tomato sauce.

  • Rice nelba (recipe with Thermomix) (photo above), a different way of taking rice and vegetables. The original way to prepare it is with bacon, but it can be substituted with ham or add other ingredients that combine and children like.

  • Meat Pie "Cottage Pie", a delicious traditional British recipe, which I had a chance to try a few days ago. It is a dish based on minced beef, simmered with vegetables and meat broth, which is covered in mashed potatoes and baked in gratin.

Desserts and sweets

  • Chocolate cake melted with pears (photo above) for the sweet tooth, a sweet treat that takes advantage of seasonal fruit and is easy to make: it will be ready in an hour. A different way to combine fruit and chocolate.

  • Dulce de leche in a pressure cooker, to obtain this ingredient in a simple way and use it to give a sweet touch to toasts, a cakeā€¦ or as an ingredient of other desserts that you can think of.
