Xing Bao or star treasure has been the name chosen by Internet users for the male panda bear born at the Zoo Aquarium in Madrid, on August 30, 2013. With only three months of life, Xing Bao has become a strong and healthy panda bear of almost six kilos which, in recent weeks, has begun to develop greater strength in its hind legs and to show the first incisors that will allow it to chew the bamboo leaves after six months.
It will not be until two years when little Bao becomes independent from his mother Hua Zui Ba, once he stops breastfeeding, and is totally self-sufficient.
