Did the childbirth preparation classes help you?

Recently we told you what the childbirth preparation classes contribute, and in some comments we could see that the moms were not happy with the experience they had lived. That is why we return to the question: does any kind of preparation work? It was a waste of time? What did the classes give you?

Last week's question

Last week we asked you, what was the first thing you did when you saw your baby's face at birth? and we have obtained several answers that recall that special moment.

Maminprogress tells us excited about his experience:

As soon as I was born, they put Martin on my chest. I dried his head, which had turned and could not see it. But I didn't want to change his position. There I continued, crying with pure nerve, with pure pleasure, with infinite joy, of the revolution of hormones that swarmed through the delivery room. After a while he started crawling towards my chest and finally turned his head. And opened his eyes. I felt that we fell deeply in love. And he kept crying. Now of pure LOVE. Tenderly I turned to my husband, who was on my right and told him that he looked like his nephew. We both cried. I think it is the happiest moment of our lives. 22 months ago, I am writing it, and I cry again, for such a generous gift of LIFE.

This is what Nymph032001 tells us:

Well, the first thing I saw was the culete, hehehehe, because they put it with my ass looking for me, and I turned it around with a little fear that I would fall, and I said half crying half laughing “oh, but if it is a cone head ”(he was born by suction cup and had a cupped head), then I do not remember very well, I think he did not say anything, we looked at him, and gave him kisses, he approached his chest, until he made a small I love to cry and I gave him more kisses and he said “calm down, don't cry my life, what has already happened, you're already with mom” (or something similar).

For his part Gingerap remembers the weight of his children in his belly, and misses not having a video of those moments. Gattylinda also expresses her emotion and the gratitude she felt when she saw her daughter for the first time. Another mother tells us that her emotion was stolen at birth by caesarean section (carmenglez).

We appreciate all your comments. Now, the new question of the week Now available in our Answers section. You have seven days to answer it, as well as to vote for the others.
