The baby they had rejected for an ad for having Down Syndrome now stars in an advertising campaign

Do you remember Asher Nash, the boy with Down Syndrome who had been rejected for an ad? Now we talk about him again to tell you that, although the story did not start well, it has a happy ending. Two months after his story went viral on social media, the little one, who is now 17 months old, managed to star in an advertising campaign for the firm OshKosh B'Gosh.

After being rejected because "they had not asked for a child with special needs" his mother began a fight on the Internet so that children with Down Syndrome could have the same possibilities as any other child. He contacted the OshKosh B'Gosh brand, who agreed to meet Asher and they ended up signing him for his Christmas campaign.

Advertising is one more area in which children with disabilities should be accepted.

In that first attempt he had no luck, but after the story we tell in this video, many people turned to Meagan Nash, Asher's mother, in his crusade against advertising discrimination. Why A child with Down syndrome has the same right as any other to appear at a casting and star in an advertising campaign.

"I could not be more proud of my son at this time. I also feel very fulfilled, I began to spread the knowledge on a subject that we face in the world today, and people really not only took notice, but also they are waiting to make it known and make a change as OshKosh did. "
