For many fathers and mothers, the drawings that our children make and give us are like works of art, since they were created with love by a little person full of love for us. I think they are definitely one of the most emotional gifts we can receive.
It is perhaps because of that emotional value that the initiative to a mother, who turns children's drawings into beautiful and colorful embroidery.
Inez Tan is the mother of two children and lives in Singapore. From her Inez Designs website, she creates and sells beautiful embroidery and handmade accessories. One of the creations that she does, is to move from the paper to the fabric, the drawings of the children that her clients send her.

It all started as a collaboration between her and her daughter Miya, whom she called "She draws and I thread", in which she took her daughter's drawings to redo them in an embroidery, which she could keep forever.
