Diet and methods to choose the sex of the baby: having a child

A few days ago we explained some tips and recommendations to follow as directed by the Baretta Method to have a girl by selecting sex in a natural way.

Today we will explain the same thing but based on the desire to have a male child.

For the baby to be a child, the sperm that must fertilize the ovum is the one that carries the Y chromosomal load, to join with the ovum that is always X, and result in the XY chromosomal partner characteristic of the male sex.

Moment of conception

Y-loaded sperm are faster, smaller and numerous. They arrive before the ovum but live less time and need an alkaline medium.

Sexual intercourse should occur at the time closest to ovulation to take advantage of that superior speed and concentration of sperm Y.

To know the time of ovulation you can use different methods that we have already explained in Babies and more, so I will not extend.

It is a question of the Syntothermic methods, in which the woman's temperature is controlled on a daily basis until a peak of temperature is observed that is equivalent to the day of ovulation (and do it two or three months before the search of the girl to know the cycles and anticipate ovulation), and Billings, in which cervical mucus is assessed, which is variable according to the time of the cycle.

It can also be assessed by ovulation tests. The recommendation is use at least two methods at once to ensure as much as possible the day of ovulation.

Diet

The sperm with charge And, as I have already said, they need an alkaline medium to function properly. To favor that the environment in which sperm and ovule are found is alkaline, the woman must control her diet for at least three months before conception.

The foods that favor this medium and therefore help the fertilized baby to be a child are the rich in sodium and potassium. On the contrary, the rich in Calcium and Magnesium favor the fertilization of girls.

The diet to get a male child should be based on:

  • Fresh fruits (one or two a day and especially banana).
  • Paratas (several days).
  • Legumes every week.
  • Salt at meals.
  • Green or black olives
  • Mushrooms and mushrooms.
  • Meat or fish frequently.
  • Bread.
  • Coffee, tea
  • Drinks with gas or alcohol.
  • Packaged, canned or industrial foods.

And avoid consuming (or eating too few) foods rich in Calcium and Magnesium:

  • Milk and derivatives.
  • Leaf vegetables
  • Cabbage, cabbage, carrot, onion.
  • Eggs (limit them).
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Ice creams.
  • Cake shop.
  • Nuts.

In the book Boy or girl? You can now choose From the author you can obtain more information in this regard that can help to carry out the Baretta Method with more chances of success.

If you do it, keep in mind that there is only one chance and that the method is not 100% reliable, that is, it is possible that your next child is a girl despite following these indications (although the author speaks of a reliability close to 98%, if everything is done according to the guidelines commented).
