Healthy dinners for children: scrambled sole, peppers and onion

We continue with Healthy and tasty dinners for kids, today's idea is very complete and nutritious, since the kids are going to eat fish, vegetables and eggs, a light dinner with lots of protein so they have a good digestion.

The ingredients What we need are: a medium sole, a small onion, a red pepper, an egg, oil and salt. The elaboration It has no secret is quick and simple. The first thing is to wash the fish well and dry the excess water, we salted it and in a pan with hardly any oil, because we do it on the grill, we fry until it is a little golden neither much so that it is not hard. Afterwards, set aside and let it cool to remove the spines and chop it often, once done we reserve it.

In a pan we put a little oil to heat over low heat, chop the pepper and the onion, add to the pan with the hot oil and poach until everything is soft, it is important that it is over low heat so that it does not burn , once well poached we set aside.

Beat the eggs until they are foamy add a little salt and add the sole, peppers and onion, mix well and toss in a pan stirring often, time depends on the past we like the egg, place and dine .

It is a healthy dinner, in which we find protein and vegetables, I assure you that it is left with a delicious taste and that if we chop everything very often the children will not even notice that it carries fish, although some love it. We hope you like it.
