The Technological Institute of Children and Leisure Products (AIJU), has presented the 24th edition of the AIJU 3.0 Guide, corresponding to the period 2014 / 14. As a novelty, it has differential contents, since the incorporation of the new international trends in child development psychopedagogy; and have highlighted the important role of emotions in children.
The Guide is the only one in Spain that is based on studies with children and families, and follow strict quality parameters, before recommending them. It is also the only one that is endorsed by consumer institutions, and that is based on quality criteria.

We have to tell you that the AIJU Guide, comes with many guarantees, because AIJU is a non-profit entity, so the advice and recommendations are not driven by advertising or commercial objectives. Besides what better than experts in games and childhood, to recommend products that have been tested by collaborators who still know more about games and toys (children).
The objective of the AIJU Guide is to provide consumers with detailed and useful information about quality games and toys that are appropriate to the recreational and psycho-pedagogical needs of their recipients, as well as a series of recommendations on prevention, emotional intelligence and importance to foster confidence, autonomy, initiative, etc. in children through play.
It is an interactive and close to the consumer guide thanks to all the technological resources that it incorporates and that make their content more complete and interesting and of special interest to blind people or people with high visual impairment.
This new edition emphasizes the cross-platform technological approach of the last two years, with the incorporation of a new application available for all devices, which increases interactivity with users, and allows easy access to external multimedia content. This resource for advice on toys is unique in the European market.
A very technological guide
In addition to the application mentioned, we find another one called “Find your perfect toy”, so we will always have at hand the possibility of find the ideal product to give, taking into account children's tastes and needs. As I commented briefly above, the Guide has incorporated spoken texts for children with disabilities, and children who cannot read, this is possible through a free application called JOC - AR (from AIJU).
