Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 g of short brown pasta, 125 g of minced meat, 3 tablespoons of fried tomato, 8 tablespoons of light bechamel (with 2 tablespoons of flour and 400 ml of milk), grated Parmesan cheese

How to make whole-grain macaroni with bechamel and minced meat

We start preparing the sauce from our pasta recipe, which this time will be a minced meat sauce mixed with light bechamel. To make it we put the minced meat to fry in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil.

When the meat changes color, we add 2 tablespoons flour and stir until it wraps the meat. Then we add hot milk little by little until we get a light bechamel with tripping of meat, with a creamy texture but more liquid than if we wanted to make croquettes.

On the other hand we cook the paste for the time indicated by the manufacturer to remain al dente. Then we drain it well and mix it with the sauce, placing it in a dish suitable for the oven.
