Three mothers found a company to give people with autism job opportunities

That is why three mothers decided to create a company, in which they offer employment opportunities to autistic people.

The Awesome Company is a company founded by three women: Jacquie Mahan, Meghan Klein and Kathy Borkowski. Jacquie is the mother of an 8-year-old boy and Kathy of an 18-year-old boy, both with autism, so One of his concerns is that his children have problems when the time comes to look for a job.

Trying to help them in some way and also looking for how they could support in their community, the three gathered to create a company in which people with autism could have the opportunity to work in a pleasant environment and with the skills they had.

Job interviews in The Awesome Company, whose name translates as "The Incredible Company" are not like other companies. More than a typical job interview, they consist of a talk with the interested person where they talk about what they like to do and the skills they have.

The products they make in The Awesome Company they consist of household and family items, from designs for paintings that decorate the living room, to t-shirts for babies, children and adults.
