“Children thing”: new program to teach them to cook

Although we have criticized that, in general, television content for children is scarce and deplorable, there are some spaces that are worthwhile, at least in their intention.

As of today, a new space opens on Canal Cocina of cable television called “Children's thing” with the great idea of start the smallest of the house in the kitchen.

For 25 minutes Rosi García Manso, chef of the restaurant Ars Vivendi, accompanied by an extraterrestrial character will teach children the basic techniques to create fun dishes using imagination.

The goal is to enter them into the exciting world of cooking and flavors so that they learn to cook and eat healthy.

These are some of the recipes to open your mouth: chicken breast scarf stuffed with ham and cheese, hake battered with corn flakes, milkshake, pennete in spinach and cheese sauce, and banana and chocolate pie. Sounds tempting, right?

Although it is intended for older children, the little ones will be excited to see how preparing dishes is very fun, and parents will give them ideas to surprise their children with original recipes. For once they put something interesting ...
