Saborea, a gastronomic restaurant for children in Imaginarium

Tomorrow the doors of a new gastronomic space for children, is called Savor and is located in the new Megastore Imaginarium of Paseo de Gracia. It's not that only children can eat there, the chefs of this restaurant have also thought about satisfying the palate of adults, but their challenge is to banish steaks with potatoes from the children's menu.

This establishment offers a new alternative for children, their interest is based on getting children to accept foods that are generally not to their liking, vegetables, legumes, etc.

For this, Oriol Iven and Guillem Pla, chefs of the Hisop restaurant in Barcelona, ​​who have designed the dishes and will be in charge of this kitchen have worked hard. Among its culinary creations with the intention of conquering the palates of the little ones are the Spinach cannelloni with farce of Iberian pork sausages and eggplant, the salad of canons and puffed grains or Turkey cylinders stuffed with organic rice, mushrooms and pineapple . Another trick for children to eat healthy and eager is to make landscapes on the plates, such as lentils representing a plowed field or a pea salad that shows a face. They affirm that one of the most accepted dishes in the tests carried out is spinach cannelloni, a dish that we think all parents have been able to give to our children getting them to eat vegetables.

Anyway, we would like to see the children's faces when they see the dish and taste it, as for the price of this restaurant, the chefs say they offer "creative, healthy, educational and democratic cuisine at the price".
