Marianita is 12 years old, she is pregnant with her father, after multiple violations. He has pneumonia, too high blood pressure and associated heart disease.

A Special Procurator for Children, Norma Moreno, has taken charge of the case with the intention of defending the girl's right to live in a dignified and quality way. Norma Moreno is investigating the case according to the established law and declares that "If it is necessary to apply therapeutic abortion to save your life it must be done".
Regarding the mother, every effort is being made to receive psychological support. Hopefully it will work and that Marianita's mother acts as such and provides all her support to a 12-year-old daughter who does not deserve what he is living.
