A beautiful Christmas story: before he died, he left gifts for his neighbors' daughter for the next 14 years

Little Cadi has become the protagonist of a beautiful story that has gone viral on Twitter, when her neighbor decided, before she died, buy Christmas gifts for the next 14 years.

The girl, who is two and a half years old, had captivated the old man's heart, who, having no grandchildren, wanted to become a Father of flesh and blood for the daughter of his neighbors.

Since he had no grandchildren, he wanted to have a special detail with his neighbors' girl

The story has happened in South Wales, and caught Owen Williams, father of little Cadi, when he opened his neighbor's daughter with a sack full of gifts when he opened the door of his house.

The neighbor, an old man named Ken Watson, had recently passed away at the age of 83, and since he had no grandchildren he decided to become a very special Santa for Cadi. For it, bought and wrapped gifts for the next 13 years, so that Cadi had a gift from him until he turned 16.

His desire, and the sack of toys, was discovered by his daughter who was responsible for sending it to his neighbors in the face of their disbelief.

"Our old neighbor died recently. His daughter appeared a few moments ago in our house with a large plastic sack. In it were all the Christmas gifts that our neighbor had bought for our daughter for the next 13 years" - published Owen Williams in Your Twitter account

The post quickly went viral, and Twitter users were surprised at the generosity of this old man and the precious idea he had. In addition, they helped the couple to face the dilemma presented to them between open all gifts now or do it progressively, as Mr. Watson wanted.

Finally, Cadi's parents decided to open only the gift corresponding to this Christmas and leave the rest of the packages for future Christmas, thus fulfilling the desire of their neighbor and providing gifts to their daughter until she turns 16.

"We have decided that, finally, we will open a gift every year until 2032. It will be our way of remembering an immensely generous gentleman, our new Christmas tradition."

We're definitely going to open one every year till 2032, by the way. It'll be our way of remembering an immensely generous gentleman - our new Christmas tradition.
We'll add the pics to this thread for as long as Twitter is still a thing!

The friendship story between this couple and their elderly neighbor began in 2015, when they moved to the neighborhood. At that time, Watson made "good crumbs" with the Williams puppy and since then they became inseparable. Then came the little Cadi, in July 2016, who finished conquering the heart of her neighbor.

Watson had an exciting life - he was a chef, political activist, professional diver and member of the Air Force - and a final touch that could well be the plot of a Christmas movie.
