A 3-year-old Chinese boy weighs 60 kilos

From the countries of the east, news “XL” often arrives. By this I want to refer to news whose content is exaggerated, as children who smoke more than one package a day or as children who weigh a lot, very much.

This is the case of Lu Hao, a Chinese boy who is three years old and weighs 60 kilos (one kilo less than me ...). Considering that a three-year-old child weighs about 13-15 kg we could say that this child weighs four to five times more than children his age.

The small, who weighed at birth 2 and a half kilos, began to gain weight at three months disproportionately and so far it seems that he has not stopped.

In his country they have started calling him the "Super Baby", since in a meal he is able to eat more than practically any adult: three rice dishes to eat and the same for dinner, when he sometimes eats up to four. Surely you will think the solution would be to give him less food. Well, his parents have commented that they are trying, but explain that when they do the child "does not stop crying."

According to doctors, excess weight does not come from any disease, from any hormonal problem, but is simply explained by an excess of calories in your diet. Evidently, they have warned parents that they will have to re-educate the child's eating habits, because if you keep getting fat at this rate you will surely have serious heart problems.

The case of this child highlights once again that in China there are some parents whose education (or lack thereof) towards their children is promoting problems in children. Without going any further, obesity currently affects 60 million Chinese, twice as many as there were ten years ago.

Personally I find it hard to believe that this child really does not have any health problems, because I think it is a real exaggeration to weigh 60 kilos for eating too much, however, I imagine that the doctors will have done the relevant studies and, therefore, what It is more likely to be true.

In that case, parents have to intervene already controlling the amount of food and especially the quality, that is, taking foods with lower caloric content (more fruit, more vegetables, more meat and grilled fish and much less rice).
