We are already in autumn and the trees begin to lose their leaves, the landscapes change color and everything turns brown, ocher and orange. Children will like to realize these changes in nature and for this you can do this simple craft with them: Autumnal tree made with a cardboard bag.
You can make several trees, each of them with different shades, using red, orange, brown, beige, ocher leaves ... Let the children choose the colors for each tree.

Necessary material
- Cardboard bags without handles and with flat base
- Scissors
- Glue
- Colored papers (I recommend you use pinocchio paper)
How to make the tree
Cut some strips through the open part of the bag (as if they were a Hawaiian skirt). You place the bag standing on its base. You will grab the base of the bag with one hand and fold in half the bag to make the tree trunk. You join two strips at a time and turn them several times to look like the branches of the tree. Finally you break the colored papers to make the leaves (let the children do it themselves with their hands, so the leaves will seem more natural). You glue them with glue on the branches of the tree.
