Everyone to paint! Visits Workshop for Families at the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum

The Thyssen Museum is one of my favorites in Madrid, but I have never been with children. I would love to visit again, this time in a different plan, making a workshop visit for families at the Thyssen Museum, an opportunity to bring children to art in a fun way.

It is a weekend activity, which aims to bring families with children between three and 12 years to the world of art. Each Workshop Workshop for Families lasts approximately two and a half hours: after a tour of the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, the workshop is passed where children and adults make their own work of art, which can be taken home as a souvenir of the visit .

I still remember a couple of years ago that my oldest daughter He painted his own painting in a museum, which we still have at home and has even taken to school to show it to their classmates. They love to feel artists, put on their baby and face a canvas with a whole world of colors at their disposal.

It is a fun and enriching experience, and in the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum different itineraries are made from which children learn to look at a painting (some of them, such as Inspector Thyssen I and II are intended for children 3 to 5 years).

During the second part of the visit there will be a plastic workshop, in which what has been previously learned in the rooms of the Museum will be put into practice. And here the imagination of the children will fly and the brush will make their own ... It sure is very fun.
