Terrible. If I had to define this news with a word the chosen one would be "terrible". Terrible that a human being is able to do something like that. Terrible that there are people so insensitive as to get to use such a cruel solution to their problem of having a baby.
The neighbors of a block of houses alerted that they were hearing the cries of a newborn baby in the bathroom pipes. Firefighters worked against the clock to try to save the baby's life and began cutting the pipe with a saw. Apparently they had thrown him down the toilet.
After sectioning the pipe they realized that the baby still did not appear. Finally they found the section in which he was trapped, and transferred him, with the baby inside, to a health center. Once there, to avoid harming him, the doctors used pliers and other tools to break the pipe until they finally released the baby, who He was accompanied by his placenta.
Luckily, the child is stable and in good health. The police are looking for their parents to clarify what happened, although it seems that everything is quite clear, in view of what happened.
The China's population has been shocked (what less) with the images. Hopefully it will make more than one think about the philosophy and policies that are followed in the country as far as children are concerned.
