Everybody dance. I propose a dance a day, choosing your favorite music or any other that we like, surely it is very fun to invent a choreography at home. Dancing is beneficial for children, another way to be fit, develop their auditory sense, their motor skills ...
A story or a poem a day. It is always a good time to read to our children, they engage in stories and imagine new ones. The little ones can even create their story. Before napping, at night, upon waking ... any time is good to read!
Exercise, practice some sport. Going for a walk we already practice an excellent physical activity, but we can also do another type of exercise. Mark us a table at home, or during the walks, go swimming, cycling… There are many ways that the heart works and we keep fit with our children. Of course, caution with the sun, with the heat and with the central hours of the day.
A water war It may not be possible to do it every day, but if the conditions are right we can have a refreshing party with water to relieve the rigors of heat. Do not forget your flip flops because we will all get wet!
