Chocolate covered ice cream banana: delicious taste and refreshing pleasure

From the Facebook profile of the Canary Islands banana, they give us a great idea for us to do at home very natural banana ice cream. We only have to prick the peeled fruit with an ice cream stick, place it on a covered tray, freeze it, and cover it with chocolate once we take it out of the freezer, and before eating this delight.

It's that simple, although we must take into account some small detail: we can do chocolate by undoing a tablet of milkless chocolate (We can do it to the water bath, and add some animal or vegetable milk according to the preferences). Then we add sugar to the mixture to taste, and when dissolved we let it cool a little before pouring it on the banana.

The result surprises: the combination of flavors is exquisite, and the icy / tempered contrast, you will like it. Children are not going to put any fault to help, much less to eat it.
