Science workshops for small explorers

During the month of September, in National Geographic Store of Madrid they propose us some science workshops for small explorers They seem to be the most fun for children.

Days will be made September 7, 14 and 21 and each one is focused on a different theme. All intend to bring them closer to scientific concepts, but in a playful and experimental way.

The 7, which we will most likely attend because I see it as entertaining, is called "Playing with polymers!", with which they will learn through the crafts the different forms that a polymer can take. They will prepare blandiblú and they can take it home to play. Ideal for little ones.

On Saturday 14 will be dedicated to "Journey to the Center of the Earth" in which children will become geologists who will learn from the various geological forms and layers of the Earth. They will even build a volcano and see how it works.

The 21 will become small Einstein since it is dedicated to the static electricity. They will experiment with it and be taught to create light with magnetic fields to illuminate fluorescent tubes.

The place: National Geographic Store in Madrid (Gran Vía, 74) from 12.30 to 13.30 and the price is only 5 euros. Without a doubt, a good proposal to have a great time and get closer to the mysteries of science.
