Next day October 7, 2014 will be held on 75th anniversary of the creation of the Spanish Air Force. Its creation came as a result of the enactment of the corresponding law in 1939, following the trend of other European states of the time such as the United Kingdom, France, Italy or Germany, ahead of many other modern nations that would not create their Air Force until later of the Second World War.
In 2014 the Army of the Air is performing throughout Spain acts commemorative, exhibitions, conferences, Juras de Bandera, among other activities, in order to bring even closer, the aeronautical spirit to the entire Spanish society. The international air festival Air 75 will gather at acrobatic equipment most important in Europe such as the Patrouille de France (Dassault / Dornier Alpha jet), the Frecce Tricolori (Aermacchi MB-339) and the Swiss Air Force PC-7 TEAM (Northrop F-5 Tiger II), among others. Of course the Eagle Patrol, the Aspa helicopter patrol, and the Papea paratrooper acrobatic patrol in addition to more representatives of the different units of the Air Force. There will also be a static display, which are airplanes on land that can be seen up close and the exhibition in flight commented. Among the planes that can be seen on the ground there are several fighters (EF-18 Hornet, Eurofighter, F-5 F-16), transport and helicopters.
