Pía Pía Piano at La Casa Encendida in Madrid

This next Saturday and Sunday, April 28 and 29, in The On House of Madrid, there is a new session of Pía-Pía, Piano. It is a musical attraction that allows children to participate with live music and get their attention, their enthusiasm while sharing the experience with parents. The pianists are Patricia Arbolí and Mónica Sánchez that develop a specific musical repertoire for the age group up to 18 months. The goal is for babies to move on the large carpet that is made available to the auditorium, to enjoy with the family, to discover the piano, its sound, its size and its shapes. Works of great composers of history are played with four hands although the children also come to browse.

The magnificent grand piano is used in the Patio of La Casa Encendida and the event is held on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 April 2012. It costs two euros per person, it is from 12:00 to 13:00 and it is sure that Repeat frequently. It seems to me a most tender and exciting event for kids to discover music in a pleasant environment, with their parents, with other children and with lots of music. I hope to repeat it more frequently and to also give input to slightly older children because they can also enjoy that sound and participate a little more about how babies do it.
