Pixar turns 25 and celebrates with the premiere of "Cars 2"

"Put it on again," my son told me when he saw this "Cars 2" trailer. And my son has been a fan of the hitherto called May McQueen (Lightning McQueen actually) and is eager to go to the movies to watch the second part.

Not much is missing, since the movie "Cars 2" will premiere on July 6 of this year 2011, in which Pixar turns 25.

The company began its adventures in 1986 and its first great success came 9 years later, in 1995, with "Toy Story", the first animated computer film that got the honor of being the highest grossing of that year raising more than 360 million Dollars.

From that movie, other well-known ones such as "Finding Nemo", "Bugs, a miniature adventure", "Monstersos S.A.", "The Incredibles" or "Cars", one of the most mythical films of the factory were arriving.

These works and others have made Pixar treasure 22 Academy Awards, 4 Golden Globes and 3 Grammys (almost nothing).

Returning to "Cars 2," the tape (Why will it still be called tape? Do cinemas still use rolls?) Is directed by Brad Lewis and co-directed by John Lasseter, who directed the first part. Pixar has put a lot of hope in her and hopes to get a good review as well as a good collection.

They say that second parts were never good, but Toy Story has shown that with its second part, and especially with the third, people can continue to be reached as much or more than with the first parts.

We sure we'll go see her at the cinema. Let's see what lies ahead.
