Megan Ann Mattiuzzo, 29, is a professional wedding photographer who just found out she was pregnant, knew she wanted to capture that special moment with her camera herself. The result is a spectacular images taken from an angle that we do not usually see in most photos of births: from the eyes of his mother behind the lens.
She says that in her work she is "used to capturing moments that you cannot take again", so He also wanted to capture the first moments of his newborn son, Easton, when he poked his head and opened his eyes to the world for the first time.
On March 6, she gave birth to her baby. When they arrived at the delivery room, her camera-in-hand husband with the setup already prepared, supported Megan as she began to bid.
The doctor was consulted by Megan about her crazy idea, and considering that her delivery was low risk, she did not oppose her wish. She gave birth with epidural anesthesia, so when the time came, the obstetrician told her that her baby was being born and that was when the mother took her camera to photograph that special moment.
